Ms. Emmanuelle Bailly joined Science-Metrix in early 2013. She has more than seven years of experience relevant to program evaluation, in both the federal government and as a consultant. She has contributed to a wide range of program evaluations and performance measurement projects conducted on behalf of federal and provincial departments, covering areas such as research and development, natural resources, health and public health. Ms. Bailly specializes in qualitative data collection and analysis, including literature and document review, key informant interviews, focus groups and case studies. She has also developed strong expertise in survey design, administration and analysis, and has solid experience in compiling and analyzing data from multiple lines of evidence to produce reports.
Ms. Bailly is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) and was designated Credentialed Evaluator in 2015. She was the president of the Committee in charge of communications, marketing, promotion and sponsorships for the CES 2015 Annual Conference, and she has attended and presented regularly at CES conferences.
